Founder, President // Chairman of the Board
Mark L. Griffin is a partner with First Avenue Wealth Partners in Denver, Colorado. He is a 50-year veteran of the investment banking world and specializes in bond finance, financing projects including the Denver International Airport.
Mark has served on boards both private and charitable. He is the founder and chairman of the Cherry Hills Village Police Foundation, a project he envisioned during his eight-year tenure as a city councilman in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.
A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a BA in economics, he served as a Captain in the US Army, commanding AFCOSTA Okinawa as a Top Secret Courier Officer with missions in the Far East, including Vietnam. He and his wife, Jan, live in Cherry Hills Village and have three grown children and six grandchildren.

Jeremy founded Irving Investors in 2009 after two successful exits in the tech space. He runs Irving as a crossover fund with a predominantly long-only public equities strategy and an active late-stage venture portfolio. Jeremy leverages the Irving infrastructure to provide flexible capital and regularly invests in primary equity, secondary equity, company tenders, structured deals, converts, derivatives and a variety of credit instruments. He looks at his investments as being supportive capital. Jeremy combines his experience as an entrepreneur with institutional investing to find both disruptive and durable long-term opportunities. With an operating business background, Jeremy employs a single name strategy across asset classes and applies a venture approach to public market investing.
Jeremy seeks to build meaningful company relationships and has taken board seats with two of Irving’s portfolio companies.
Jeremy is actively involved in a number of philanthropic organizations. He is a founder and board member of the Cherry Hills Police Department Foundation, he serves on the Junior Board (2221 Society) of Children’s Hospital Colorado, he sits on the board of the Blue Sky Fund, he is on the AIR Society at National Jewish Health and is actively involved with AIPAC.
Jeremy is originally from San Mateo, CA and graduated from The University of Michig

Ty is owner and managing broker of Alpha Real Estate Associates, a full-service luxury real estate brokerage and development company based in Cherry Hills Village, CO. He is also Co-Founder and GP of TGP Ventures a real estate investment platform specializing in residential and commercial real estate based in San Diego, CA.
He is very passionate about helping serve those who serve. Along with CHVPF he is involved in The Navy Seals Foundation & The Green Beret Foundation.
Ty is a proud Colorado native who lives in Cherry Hills Village with his wife and 3 young boys.
