Jeremy founded Irving Investors in 2009 after two successful exits in the tech space. He runs Irving as a crossover fund with a predominantly long-only public equities strategy and an active late-stage venture portfolio. Jeremy leverages the Irving infrastructure to provide flexible capital and regularly invests in primary equity, secondary equity, company tenders, structured deals, converts, derivatives and a variety of credit instruments. He looks at his investments as being supportive capital. Jeremy combines his experience as an entrepreneur with institutional investing to find both disruptive and durable long-term opportunities. With an operating business background, Jeremy employs a single name strategy across asset classes and applies a venture approach to public market investing.

Jeremy seeks to build meaningful company relationships and has taken board seats with two of Irving’s portfolio companies.
